Ownership & License

The site and its materials are owned by Alpha Media NYC, LLC. Users receive limited, non-commercial access to the site and its content. By submitting content, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use that content.

User Conduct

You agree not to: impersonate others, disrupt services, post illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, share malware, advertise without approval, or gather contact information for unsolicited marketing purposes.

Refund Policy

We maintain a one-refund-per-customer policy across all purchases. MIDI pack refunds require evidence of attempted use. Masterclass courses allow refunds within 14 days if less than 30% of the content has been accessed. Resale of packs is strictly prohibited.

All content is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results from using our products. Third-party product quality is not guaranteed by Piano For Producers.

Payment & Account

You must provide accurate registration information. Declined payments may result in automatic access suspension. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activity under your account.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Delaware.
